I am providing consent to HRUnite! for the use and distribution of my (attendee/registrant) image or voice in photographs, videos and on-demand sessions recordings.
I understand that my information may be shared with third party sponsors of the HRUnite! event. These third parties may contact me directly regarding their products and services after the conclusion of the event.
I voluntarily assume all risks that may occur as a result of my participation in an HRunite! conference or hosted event, including, without limitation, the risk of property damage, illness, or personal injury (including death).
I, for myself, my family, successors, and assigns hereby forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue HRUnite! and its agents, subcontractors, employees, successors, and assigns (collectively the released parties) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, illness or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me related while participating in any activity associated with HRUnite! events.
